Now that the sun is shinning and the snow has finally melted it is the perfect time to announce the launch of our It's Time to Shine 2015 Wellness Challenge. From May 1-31, 2015 we will be challenging our dancers and their families to 31 days of healthy living. The challenge will be a fundraiser for our upcoming recital and participant packages will be available at the studio soon!  Are you up to the challenge?

Join the Belle Pointe Dance & Movement team this summer! We are looking to fill dance camp counsellor and dance teacher assistant positions for our Summer season. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals that have a passion for dance. Qualified applicants will have many years of dance experience and love working with children. Salary and hours will depend on experience and availability.

We've been anxiously waiting to share the exciting progress of our new studio.

We are thrilled to announce that Belle Pointe Dance & Movement Company will be relocating this summer to a bigger and better facility located at 4065 Meadowbrook Drive. The decision to move was hard because we love our Byron studio but we knew that we needed a larger space to accommodate our growing dancers and class sizes. Our new studio will feature an approx. 800 square foot sprung dance floor with 16 ft. ceilings, a large waiting area for parents, lots of parking and a viewing gallery for spectators. Our Byron studio will remain open until the Meadowbrook studio is ready and all of our summer programs will run as planned. School is out for summer but classes and camps at Belle Pointe Dance are most definitely in! Continue your training over the summer or come and try dance for the very first time in a fun and non-competitive environment. Offering classes in ballet, tap, jazz and musical theatre for beginners through advanced levels. Don't let the summer pass you by, get up and dance like there is no tomorrow.

Summer Camps
Choose from our 2-week full day summer camps or register for both and save $100! Our camps are fun filled with dance, crafts, games, activities and musical theatre. Does your dancer love to sing and act? Our new and exciting Musical Theatre program is the perfect outlet for any young performer. Our musical theatre students will learn choreography, scenes and songs from famous musicals and is specially designed for children ages 5 and up. The kids will get a few different performance opportunities and all of the selected material is 100% age appropriate. Register today! Classes sizes are limited to 10 students per class.

Bring-A-Friend Week is almost here!  Our dancers can invite 1 friend or family member to join their dance class. This special week applies to all classes in the Pre-Primary, Primary and Graded levels."B-A-F" classes will be held during all regularly scheduled dance times starting Saturday, November 23rd through Friday November 29th, 2013. Please see in studio for more information and I look forward to meeting all our new friends!

Attending dance camp is a great way to spend the summer. Your child will dance, learn, make new and friends and have fun! Disciplines of ballet, jazz, tap and musical theatre will offered in addition to creative play through arts & crafts, dance arts and play (outdoors weather permitting). At the end of each session our campers will perform a staged performance for their friends and family. Our full day camps are for children ages 5-12 and are from 9am to 3:30pm. Extended before and after care is available at no charge. No previous dance training is required. Full day camp rates: $300 for 2 weeks/$30 per day (discount for Annie camp to reflect July 1st holiday). We have 2 great camps to choose from, register for both and save 10%!
